A night of sleep
Last night I was exhausted. Like dead tired. So I decided to take a nap, and wake up later. I hit the hay at about 20:15 last night, and Hannah woke me at 21:00. Would you believe I woke up feeling worse!
So Hannah suggested I make it an early night, and eventually I gave in to her request, and went back to sleep at about 21:15. I slept through till about 5:00 this morning. I woke up still feeling tired, but significantly better. Also, a strong cup of coffee this morning also helped.
